Interbank Transfer via Mobile Banking

Interbank money transfer service Via Mobile Banking is a service designed special which supports customers to transfer LAK and USD currency to 39 other banks via Smart Banking.

  • Customers:

Customers must have current accounts at LaoVietBank

  • Scope of use:
  • Available in LAK, USD, THB.
  • Transfer limit of 30,000,000 LAK / day (10,000,000 LAK / transaction)
  • Service charge: 10,000 LAK, 40 THB, 1 USD/transaction
  • Time: Monday - Friday

LAK currency: from 9:00 to 15:10                                                                                              

USD, THB currency: from 9:00 to 15:25

  • Money transfer channel:

Customers log into the Mobile Banking application, enter the Interbank Transfer, enter the recipient's account and bank account of the recipient, enter the amount and make the transfer.

  • Utility:

Support customers to conduct   the transfer via Smart Banking without going to the bank counters.

  • Customer’s benefits:
  • Easy-to-use and friendly Interface
  • Prompt transfer via Mobile Banking channel.
  • Save time and add more benefits compared with performing transactions at the bank counters.
  • Attractive fee (fixed fee, no fee for outward transfer).
  • Service launch time: starting August 8, 2017

Guidelines for transferring interbank money on Mobile Banking

Step 1:

  • Select the Transfer / Transfer menu outside the system
  • Enter the full information displayed on the screen.
    • Enter the recipient’s account.
    • Enter the recipient’s name.
    • Enter the bank account of the recipient
    • Enter the amount
    • Select the type of charge
    • Save the recipient’s information
    • Type the message
  • Move to Step 2

Step 2: Customers check the entered information, enter the OTP code to authenticate the transaction, in case the OTP code expires, customers tap the icon “return” to receive the OTP code.

Step 3: Transaction results are displayed on the screen.

  • Tap create a new transaction to continue creating a new one.
