From 02 to 03.10.2015 in Vientiane , Laovietbank held 9 month preliminary income meeting, focus on  last 3 month implemented works and other activities.

      Became the annually-organized  activities,  to summarize , evaluate the results of mplementing the business plan the first 9 months and implementation of key tasks last 3 months. From Day 2 - 03/10/2015 , at the National Convention Center of Laos , LaovietBank was solemnly held 9 month preliminary income meeting, deploying the central tasks in the last months and associated operating other activities on the sidelines at the National Convention Centre Laos. Participating programs were Managing Board Chairman , Board of Directors and staff of nearly 400 employees of the entire system.

      In the context of the difficult business environment, the business of LaoVietBank has still achieved positive results:  By the end of month 9/2015 , total asset is over 860 million USD, growing 24 % compared with the beginning of year; capital mobilization growth of 30 % ; Credit growth of 31 % ; Net service revenue exceeds 2 % target allocation ; Profit exceeded 02 % of the plan is delivered.

      Specifically , in the begining of 2015 LaoVietBank became the first bank  in Laos which successfully negotiated and received investment from international capital markets worth 60 million dolla. this success confirmed the prestigious and brand of  LaoVietBank   not only in the market of Laos but also begining reaching out to the international market , gradually brought LaoVietBank become the bank according to international practices.

      Identifying the mobilization of capital is a key task, LaoVietBank organized  the movement "One hundred days raising capital efficiency" to all the staff, the movement really became an active emulation simmering between staff and units in the entire system.  After the end of the movement, the result is the capital mobilization of LaoVietBank increased of 21 million, this result has contributed to increase mobilization site. To recognize the achievements of outstanding individuals and units  in the movement "One hundred days raising capital efficiency," Chairman of the Board and Executive Board LaoVietBank awarded 01 first prizes, 02 second prizes and 03 third prize for individuals and units outstanding achievements in the whole system after 100 days launching raising capital effeciency movement.

      In the framework of the program , the Youth Union of BIDV and the Youth Union of LaoVietBank held a seminar between two youth groups in order to improve the operation of the Lao Youth Union , and share experiences from union activities of youth Union of BIDV , gradually bring the activities of the Youth Union LaoVietBank becoming innovatory and contribute more to the operating results of LaoVietBank as well as to society , the community of people of Laos with practical and effective activities.

      In addition to program emphasising 9 month preliminary income meeting , LaoVietBank held sideline activities like sports contest in the stadium of the Polytechnic University of National University of Laos and society performances in Donchan Palace hotel . The operation has created a joyful atmosphere , further strengthening the solidarity of the whole system , and jointly built LaoVietBank houses  growing , actively contributed with the Party and State Construction Laos to built and develope LAOs national becoming increasingly prosperous .
